AI Visibility Studio in ChatGPT
Box Of Frogs LLC operates AI Visibility Studio. This section describes the free ChatGPT plugin. It does not replace the separate data practices for our website, paid services or enquiries. The public plugin does not require a separate AI Visibility Studio account.
When you request a check, the plugin receives the public page address and any optional business details included in the tool request. It retrieves the page’s HTML and returns extracted text, observations and findings to ChatGPT. These may include headings, page descriptions, links, image addresses and text alternatives, and structured-data information. Article searches send your search words to the backend and search a saved article collection. Plan revisions can send selected actions, evidence references and draft wording through the tools. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private links or confidential information.
Cloudflare hosts the backend and temporary abuse-prevention records. Domain checks use Cloudflare DNS. The checked website receives requests from our hosting service. OpenAI handles the conversation, tool requests, returned results and app context under the terms and privacy settings applicable to your ChatGPT account. The app can share local action selections and edits with ChatGPT to support a requested revision. Opening an article or other external link takes you to a separate website with its own data practices.
The current plugin does not maintain a server-side inspection-history account or a database of saved page reports, business answers and plan drafts. The current application does not add plugin users to a marketing list or load website analytics as part of this plugin flow. Infrastructure providers may process operational data separately; these statements are not promises that no network metadata is processed or that all copies disappear when a request ends.
Saved inspections and exports
If you choose Save baseline or import a record, the app stores one inspection baseline in this browser’s local storage, when the host permits it. It includes the report, page address, extracted page information, findings, timestamps and selected action identifiers. It can remain after the view closes. The application sets no automatic expiry for this local baseline. Saving another baseline replaces the prior one after the app’s confirmation flow; imported records also replace the saved baseline. Browser or host storage controls can clear it, and some hosts may deny or clear storage automatically.
A baseline is not a server backup or ChatGPT memory. A locally restored inspection can supply current app context to ChatGPT. Exported inspection files and copied or downloaded plans remain wherever you save or share them. Protect those copies accordingly. A baseline does not preserve every unsaved plan note; export the plan if you want to keep edited wording.
Abuse prevention and operational records
Public usage limits currently use one shared service identifier, plus hashed website-domain keys, rather than an account identifier or an IP-derived user identifier. The application does not read a visitor IP to assign its public quota. This does not mean Cloudflare or OpenAI receives no network information. Hashed domain keys should not be treated as anonymous.
The backend keeps temporary counters, scan reservations and cooldown records. Cleanup removes previous UTC-day counters, expired cooldowns and reservations after their retention deadline, which is the UTC reset following the next day. Denial and alert bookkeeping has roughly a two-day cleanup window. Cleanup is scheduled and also runs during relevant operations; these are application deletion rules, not assurances about provider logs or backups.
Application event logs use operational codes, times and delivery status rather than deliberately logging submitted URLs, page text, business details or credentials. A configured operational alert can send aggregate limit or delivery information to the operator’s alert service. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable hosting configuration and provider arrangements; the application cleanup periods above do not describe those separate records.
For plugin support or a privacy request, contact info@aivisibilitystudio.com. Do not include secrets. We may need enough information to locate relevant records. Shared anonymous usage and browser-held data can limit what we can associate with a particular person. Requests about ChatGPT-held conversation data must also use OpenAI’s applicable controls.
