AI Visibility Studio in ChatGPT

Plugin terms of use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to the free AI Visibility Studio plugin in ChatGPT, provided by Box of Frogs LLC.

Using the plugin

Submit public HTTPS addresses you are entitled to request. Do not submit credentials or private access links, seek internal resources, evade safeguards or disrupt the service. Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms.

What the findings mean

Findings describe a bounded check of a page’s returned HTML. Educational articles and ChatGPT interpretations are separate guidance. Review suggested changes before applying them.

The plugin does not edit or publish your website, purchase services, or guarantee indexing, rankings, citations or business outcomes. A failed check does not prove that your website is inaccessible to every AI system.

Saved inspections and comparisons

Saved and imported inspections are snapshots, not continuous monitoring or independently verified records. Comparisons require equivalent evidence; a failed check cannot prove a fix. Browser storage and exported files are not guaranteed backups.

Availability and limits

Checks may be limited or unavailable to protect capacity and costs. Shared anonymous limits do not promise a fixed allowance per person. Features and limits may change. Export work you want to keep.

Free access and separate services

The public plugin is free and requires no separate AI Visibility Studio account. Paid website services are optional and separately agreed. No purchase is required to contact plugin support.

Privacy and help

The plugin privacy notice describes information exchanged with ChatGPT, website checks, local records and operational data. For help or privacy requests, email info@aivisibilitystudio.com or visit plugin support.

Updates and your rights

We will publish changes to these terms on this page with an updated date. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
