AI Visibility Studio in ChatGPT
Help with the ChatGPT plugin
AI Visibility Studio helps you understand what a public website page exposes in its HTML, review evidence and choose improvements. The ChatGPT plugin can inspect a page, build an action plan and compare saved inspections.

New to AI visibility?
Follow the free beginner guides to understand the basics, inspect one page, choose an improvement and recheck it. No account or plugin is needed to follow the manual steps. For help reading a report, start with what an inspection can prove.
What to include
- The action you tried and what happened.
- The approximate time, device and whether you used ChatGPT on mobile or desktop.
- The error message or a screenshot with private information removed.
- The public page address, if it helps explain the problem.
Never send passwords, API keys or private access links. Send sensitive security details privately by email.
What the check can see
The plugin inspects the HTML returned by one public page. It can report page text, headings, links, image text alternatives and structured data that were available in that response.
It does not log into websites, run the page’s JavaScript, test forms, check every linked page or measure AI rankings and citations. A failed or limited check does not prove that your website blocks AI. Keep intentional access restrictions in place.
If a check fails or asks you to wait
Check that the address is a public HTTPS page. Follow the retry guidance in the result. Capacity limits are shared across the service, so a limit can apply even when you have made few requests.
Keeping your work
Save a baseline to compare a later inspection on the same browser when storage is available. Export an inspection or plan for a portable copy. Browser storage is not an account backup and may be cleared by your browser or host.
Read our plugin privacy notice and terms of use for the details.
