Make everyday care

Meals, walks, medication and the little changes you mean to remember. My Dog Pal began with Teddy and a simple question: could keeping track of his care feel easier?
The challenge was twofold: make recording care simple enough to become a daily habit, and explain a new product clearly enough for people to want to try it.

- Brand and visual design. A recognisable character, colours and typography that give the product its own personality.
- Copy and page structure. Explain everyday benefits, show the app and answer the questions visitors have before signing up.
- Beta enquiry flow. A request form with validation, consent choices and confirmation messages.
- Responsive development. A site that adapts from desktop browsing to a phone in your hand.

We combined product decisions, design and AI-assisted development with automated checks, simulator testing and review on a real iPhone.
That process helped simplify check-ins, correct chart calculations and preserve existing photos through updates. The app remains in private beta as testing and feedback continue.
